CLC World is looking for a passionate and committed Restaurant and Bar Manager to join our Food & Beverage Team. Skilled in leading a team, you will control the operation of the restaurant and bar, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, food hygiene and quality of service.

Your Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Oversee all front and back of house restaurant operations including the implementation and compliance with food safety regulations, allergens, etc.
  • Maintain quality control for all food served
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service and responding to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
  • Project future needs for goods, kitchen supplies, and cleaning products and order accordingly
  • Adhere to, and impose all legal requirements, policies, procedures and standards of the company
  • Seek ways to cut maximise revenue and optimise operational costs
  • Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports
  • Analyse staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experience
  • Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff


You will be:


  • Passionate about delivering excellent service and experiences to customers.
  • Fluent in spoken English (essential)
  • Qualified in ‘food handling’ (essential)
  • Experienced in a similar position
