CLC World is looking for a passionate and committed Restaurant and Bar Manager to join our Food & Beverage Team. Skilled in leading a team, you will control the operation of the restaurant and bar, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, food hygiene and quality of service.
Your Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee all front and back of house restaurant operations including the implementation and compliance with food safety regulations, allergens, etc.
- Maintain quality control for all food served
- Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service and responding to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
- Project future needs for goods, kitchen supplies, and cleaning products and order accordingly
- Adhere to, and impose all legal requirements, policies, procedures and standards of the company
- Seek ways to cut maximise revenue and optimise operational costs
- Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports
- Analyse staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experience
- Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff
You will be:
- Passionate about delivering excellent service and experiences to customers.
- Fluent in spoken English (essential)
- Qualified in ‘food handling’ (essential)
- Experienced in a similar position
